Ordering

Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@evolisfashion.com within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.

If your order has already shipped, you can still request a return once you receive the item, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of your package. You can also use our Track Your Order page at any time.

What size should I buy?

If you're not quite sure which size is right for you, please refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What are your delivery costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, transit time is around 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to customers within the United States.

What is your shipping process?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received it. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a second email with your tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item if you are not satisfied.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, and include all original tags where applicable.

Returns must be approved before items are shipped back. Please contact us at info@evolisfashion.com with your order number to begin the return process. Full details can be found in our Return & Refund Policy.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges for sizing or color differences, subject to inventory. To request an exchange, contact us at info@evolisfashion.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@evolisfashion.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

Payments

Are my payment details secure?

Yes. Your payment details are encrypted and secured using SSL encryption and processed in line with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. More information is available in our Payment Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices and transactions on Evolis Fashion are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).
