Refund & Return Policy

To start a return, email info@evolisfashion.com with your order number. Please don't send items back without hearing from us first.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from odors, makeup, stains, or any damage
  • All original tags still attached
  • In the same condition as when you received them

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Your Return Options

Store Credit Full item value issued as credit to your Evolis account 3–5 business days after we receive the item
Exchange Swap for a different size or colour, subject to availability 3–5 business days after we receive the item
Cash Refund Available only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect 5–10 business days to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Swimwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items missing original tags or packaging

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@evolisfashion.com with your order number and your reason for returning
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with your return address and full instructions
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using a tracked service. Keep your tracking number as proof
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your store credit or exchange within 3–5 business days and notify you by email

Cancellations

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please email info@evolisfashion.com as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellations can only be made before your order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order is in fulfillment, we are unable to cancel it.

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please email info@evolisfashion.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

We will arrange a prepaid return label and offer you either a full replacement or a cash refund — whichever you prefer, at absolutely no cost to you.
