Shipping Policy
🇺🇸 Free shipping on every U.S. order. No minimum spend. No exceptions.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

All timeframes are in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or weather conditions outside our control.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate after dispatch. You can also track your order via the Track My Order page on our website.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@evolisfashion.com.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Evolis Fashion is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at info@evolisfashion.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, or in your building's mail area
- Wait 24 hours — carrier scan updates can occasionally run ahead of actual delivery
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Email us at info@evolisfashion.com if the issue persists after 24 hours
